1. Are you collecting Seller Ratings or Product Reviews or both?
2. Do you have existing Product reviews to import?
If you are collecting Seller Ratings only, you can skip the Catalog Ingestion part and go directly to Step 1.
If you are collecting Product Reviews, then we'll need your Product Catalog.
